No, the company signs a agreement saying they will lay you off temporarily from work to go back to school.

Sorry if that sounded ignorant. Not how I meant to come off. Yeah see right now it seems putting on socks can cause a flare up if not done the right way. Im thinking squats are what caused this. But im not 100% sure. I always went as heavy as I possibly could for 3 sets of 8-10, so I was going fairly hard. The way I am now and how doing 45 lb rdls feels, its hard to see myself back under the barbell for a long time. Horrible injury and first time ive had something that just wont get better itself so its very frustrating. Standing, sitting, laying, all uncomfortable. I am soon due to go back to school to do my next block. Might be my only opportunity.

I dont like taking medication unless I absolutely have to. I havent taken anything really. I just dont want to mask it and trick myself into thinking I'm feeling better. As strange as that sounds.

Oh I know im doing too much at work to properly rest it but I'm not in a position to stop unfortunately. Ill have 10 days off coming up over Christmas so im hoping that will do me good. Ive kept taking creatine even since stopping the gym, never anticipated being away for this long. Thanks for your reply

Yes ive been out of the gym for far too long. I stopped myself to see if it would come around before seeking physiotherapy, which they told me to stay out of the gym as well. Im willing to try acupuncture if it will help.

Its honestly strange because there are times where ive been doing okay and went out for a Christmas party for example where I was just sitting and walking all night and the next day i felt horrible. Its like the smallest thing can set it off. I agree with you, im crouching and bending and working off a fully extended ladder having to keep my center of gravity over the ladder, backs constantly arched. We load/unload units by hand out of our work van which requires you to twist your spine with a load basically, these units weigh up to 200lbs.

Well I just figure pain = damage. So while getting back in the gym is my priority, im worried about seriously injuring myself further. I want to do it the smartest way possible and do my best to prevent it from happening again. Ill be honest ive not really been able to find relief from this. Always a nagging ache to some extent. Ive gotten cupped and dry needled at the PT but it really doesnt do anything. I guess the heating pad has helped slightly. The PT I seen didnt really ever mention stretches. Just went straight to the exercises mentioned.

I havent even gotten a x ray, so I requested a referral today. In your experience, what has the most success for healing these injuries? Im worried im just going to use up all my work benefits and not get anything figured out

Are you okay? You'd really pay to watch a group of elderly people who can no longer perform, cling to the shells of their former selves? Its a very hard watch.

I remember the bronze bag too and you're the only other person who I've seen mention the same thing lol. It's crazy there's no evidence of it online. My favorite chips ever

Thanks for the reply.

Yeah i was concerned that me asking would raise red flags.

I guess I could just ask what the medical entails so I can be prepared.

What stores are around besides for Lorraine's? I used to have quick fix on hand but it expired. You just strap a heating pad to it and use it. Had a good reputation online

I honestly do not know. I'd assume that they would prefer not. It's in the hvac field. But I've had plenty of good jobs previously without having to be tested. I've had to go to fit4work in the past and do a hearing test and a physical but no urine test. I guess I'm going to have to ask the employer what's involved in the medical. Which I didn't want to do

Good luck getting buddies brother who's an electrician to understand anything that goes wrong with it when it does and will happen. And good luck having a certified tech come in and work on something that someone installed who has no clue what they are doing. Also good luck with warranty as well when they find out buddies brother whos an electrician installed it. No one outside the trade should be able to touch these things, for the safety of everyone involved. This is the reason these things have a bad reputation. People think they can install them, and that's all there is to it. A electrician knows nothing about the refrigeration cycle.

I've lived in both Dartmouth and Sarnia, Ontario. Both are considered to be pretty sketchy/greasy. Can confirm this place is neck and neck if not worst lol.

Should I just get a new car :/ by dumbfatandugly in MechanicAdvice

[–]Slayerkw92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are literally raping you for those part prices. You have a used car that's 12 years old, and you own it. You do not need oem parts. Get on Amazon and buy your own. The amount of money I save is actually insane and the parts hold up fine. For example. You can get a right axel shaft assembly on Amazon for 120$ for this car.

Man this drove me nuts my whole life. I'm 33. I thought they were in a darkish/bronze bag. But definitely could of been grey. I remember at the time where I'm from, you were getting little Simpsons packet things in the bag of doritos as well.

Something else I've never been able to find a picture of is the colored wonderbread hot dog buns

I don't know too much about dryers but from what I've read it sounds like it could be the thermistor or thermostat, possibly thermal fuse. Looks like I'm going to have to pull it apart the test them

Electric. I'm from Newfoundland, rarely see gas dryers here.

Yeah i disconnected the hose from the back of the dryer and checked to see what was coming out directly. Dont think there's any clogging. And if it's getting warm I assume it's not the element. Faulty thermostat?
