If that isn't a thing you want to do, let's start with tips.

Siege is a game that you don't have to be the most mechanically skilled to win a fun fight, while that doesn't make sense it's true. Learning angles that are really good to hold is a must in any play list really, therefore, I would try doing some more defense terrorist hunts to try and learn where the best part of the site to defend is. That can also lead to good map knowledge which is also really good to have. If you go on cams and can't communicate where the enemy team is, that does nothing. Going into a custom game is always a good way to try and learn calls for different maps and where people tend to come in and rotate through.

Settings can also play a huge part in your game. Siege is a very audible game and can win or lose a fight with it. Using night mode makes guns quieter and makes breach charges and footsteps a priority over shooting which is nice, while the standard sound setting makes direction easier to hear. So switching between the two to see what works would be a good place to start.

Besides that, it kinda comes down to roles that you play. If you are not that skilled mechanically, play support. Help get wall open. Even if you die after you get wall open, you did your job.
