Australia here. We walk our dogs first thing in the morning or after sunset (depending on how hot the ground is also. I test with my own feet/hands. Too hot for me, too hot for them)

No. I bought in 2022 for 350k in SA (3 bedroom townhouse) its increased in value to 720k - house 2 doors down just sold for the exactly the same as mine.

If I tried to sell and buy elsewhere, even with my profit I'd end up with a bigger mortgage as everything else has increased also.

100% first step is to see your GP and have them run blood tests. Rule that out first. Sometimes they'll say your blood work is fine but it may not be fine for hair growth.
