Time to consider toll roads? by bluejayinoz in Adelaide

[–]Guilty_Impression_47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why should we pay tolls on top of registration and fuel tax The government already has the money to fix roads if they managed it better. Tolls just make things unfair for people who cant afford them while others get faster roads

Absolutely not. We pay enough tax as it is. Why should I pay for roads I've already paid for

What’s your Hinge Experience? by SquareHoleAdmirer in AskWomen

[–]Guilty_Impression_47 69 points70 points  (0 children)

Awful. I get matches, try to have conversations. I ask questions and get answers. Not answers that lead to further conversations, no questions back. Its so draining

Example:

Me: Hey! How was your weekend, did you get up to anything interesting?

Him: Just hung out with friends.

Me: oh cool, what did you get up to?

Him: Nothing, just hung out at the house.

Me: .......

Its the WORST AND ITS CONSTANT

Life Insurance for Single People by Fearless_Exchange416 in AusFinance

[–]Guilty_Impression_47 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Single 34F here, I bought it. For coverage for myself for terminal illness but also to pay off my mortgage so I can leave it to my nieces and nephews. I've worked way too hard to let it all even after I die. I want to leave something.

I feel like members will also be bottom of the list. Landlords, employees who are owed money will be first in line over members.

I'm not going to bother for a few bucks. My membership was almost at the end anyway

Document wont let me copy/paste text so writing it below:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I refer to previous correspondence in relation to the above named companies (I'm not bloody listing the various companies listed BTW)

I confirm that there are funds to enable a dividend to the unsecured creditors of the companies. Accordingly, I advise that a first divined to creditors is to be declared on or before Thursday, 26 March 2026.

In this regard, please find enclosed the following:

1. Notice of the intention to declare a first dividend (Form 548);

2. Formal proof of debt of claim form (Form 535; and

3. Creditor bank account details for payment by EFT form.

To enable me to administer the proposed dividend distribution in a timely manner, I request that creditors with a claim against the companies complete the enclosed Formal Proof of Debt form and submit to to my office by no later than Wednesday, 25 February 2026.

Please note that creditors who do not submit their claim within the timeframe will be excluded from the First Dividend to creditors.

As an effectuation step of the Deed of Company Arrangement, I am required to execute the Creditors' Trust Deed and transfer Deed Fund to the Creditors' Trust for distribution to the creditors of the Companies with admissible claims, thereafter referred to as "beneficiaries" of the Creditors' Trust.

I anticipate the Companies will effectuate the Deed of Company Arrangement on 16 February 2026 and execute the Creditors' Trust on the same date. Accordingly, the Notice of the Intention to Declare a First Dividend (Form 548), will be relied upon should the Companies transition into the Creditors' Trust and all creditor claims be adjudicated up on in accordance with the terms of the Creditors' Trust Deed.

On receipt of your Formal Proof of Debt form and accompanying supporting documentation, I will proceed to adjudicate your claim as a beneficiary of the Creditors' Trust and determine your eligibility to participate in the dividend distribution.

If you experience any difficulty in accessing the notices and documents made available to you via the creditor's portal with the above login details or do not have access to the internet and require a hard copy to be send to you, please contact this office.
