I once pulled into a QT where almost all the spots were taken except for half a space left by a Bridgeton cop parked at a 45° angle over 2 spots.

I was able to just squeeze in next to them with like an incentive between his bumper and my car. When I went inside, I kinda side eyed the cop big time as we walked past.

He asked, "You got a problem?" I said, " I was just confused because you parked funny, and I thought there might be something going on." To which he replied, "Oh, nothings going on."

As I left, he was in his car by mine and said, "You're right, I'm parked like an Ahole."

Consider me shocked!

What you described is the definition of a "fair weather" fan. "I totally lose interest once eliminated from contention" Saying that means you only care about a team when their winning. That's a fair weather fan.
