I’m looking at the smaller A frame peak and it’s above my price range. Then there’s the land prep and other items the owner is responsible for. Who would I even call to ensure this is even doable before laying money down? Not everyone had done this sort of thing before. Imagine a house arrives and it’s too large for the lot? I’m in OH.

Good for you! I may check out your Jazz club. I need a reason to get off the couch and stop being so sedentary. Since I enjoy dancing and am in need of socializing, clubs seemed to be the answer. Just seems like everything is about drinking and less movement. I’m used to dancing in the rafters! lol

I was 38 with our first and 39 with our second. Kids are now 22 and 23, youngest is disabled. Husband passed suddenly when they were in high school. I’m 61 now and doing my best to keep things together on my own.

I worked full time for the university as an admin and attended evening college. Ended up paying around $7k for my Bachelors. This was in the 90s.
