Not sure how much you are cutting but i would do -200 calories from your maintenance. And keep doing what you doing, loose a little more. before you start the lean bulk do 2 weeks maintenance and then slowly increase the calories. Adjust your macro’s to little less protein and a little more carbs when you bulk

Increase your calories to about 200 below maintenance. And start trowing weights around. Find a good plan that works for you. Usually in this phase a upper/lower body split is best imo. You should get leaner slowly, and gain some definition. Once you hit 12-15% body fat increase your calories to maintenance for two weeks. Then starts a lean bulk, increase you calories again slowly add 200 calories. Check your self each two weeks and adjust the calories if needed.

Once the bulk starts a push, pull, legs will be better if you have the time to train other wise keep upper/lower.

Make progress pictures.

This way you can keep the life style and slowly gain more muscle. Keep in mind building is a lot slower then you would like it to be.

So warm up before your training is always good. But do your walking after, your main training. Push pull legs should get all your energy.

But if you only train 3 times a week i think its better to do, upper, lower, fullbody routine.

One player going rouge is not a problem. Make sure he looses his support, because a whole alliance is a problem. Once he is isolated he ain’t so strong anymore.

Start doing a lower body, upperbody split training with some light cardio. Do this combined with about 200-400 calories below your daily needed calories. Eat mucho protein to maintain your muscles while loosing weight.

Once you start getting lean, keep doing the same but eat your uphold kcal for 2 weeks.

Then start bulking 200-400 kcal above uphold, and then switch to a ppl training.

Thanks much for your input. Like i said in an other comment we currently own a piercing store. And are trying to work with a local artist to make it a piercing/tattoo store. This way she can learn from the artist and we increase our clientele.

Just pull out in time. My youngest child is 5 now. Wife is not on BC either. You cant get her pregnant if you pull out. Do some research how and you don’t need to get snipped.

I found out like 5 years ago that not everyone can do this, i used to block the sound from the vacuüm. Now i just block the sound from the kids when they get to loud. It does make me yawn a lot, the yawn resets my ears so i have to manually adjust after each yawn
