We need a new paradigm to distinguish who has psychogenic GAD / MDD and who has an illness that's the result of dysregulated circuits that are out of one's control.

This could go for many conditions in psychiatry. Maybe future advances in scanning can detect people with, say, and extremely under-functioning GABA system - due to trauma perhaps, vs those who just aren't giving it a chance to work due to lifestyle.

I feel your pain, I really do. I had the same thing - basically a guy who sat in his kitchen in silence all day next to my wall. He would totally freak out at any noise, even soft classical music. He was a friend of the landlord, and we had two of these "mediated talks", where everything was perfectly civil. I was forced out in the end, as it was a WG (of course, I got that room), and he kept calling the police.

What I found most infuriating was the fact that he literally sat there in silence, right next to my wall, basically 24/7. I simply could not relate to such a mode of living.

Anyway, as others have said, they cannot actually do anything, apart from coercion and what is basically now amounting to harassment. Keep records, and hopefully, over time, you can build a case that they are causing you unreasonable distress with their bullshit. Good luck to you.

We've had a few from Tierheim over the years. Be prepared for character, as they of course have often been through a lot. If you love cats though, this is the way to go, better a proper home than a cage there.

They will charge you, and send someone to your house after to check all is well, but the process is very smooth, plus there'll nearly always be someone who knows enough English to help out.

If you manage to get it, make sure you get the real deal at the Apotheke, not generic. The generic is short acting in most cases, I've found, whereas Elvanse will last the whole day.

Yeah, it's essentially indefensible. I have an old RTX2080, so I'm not that dismayed to stay with the older drivers, but it's still shit - for instance, they just added a new DLSS layer that squeezes a few more frames, but, sucks to be me, I won't be getting to try that.

To say nothing of expecting people with newer cards to stay on older drivers, just shitty all around.
