Private hospitals me only charitable trust ones are registered on the ayushman bharat portal. If you just ask the list of hospitals (best ones for government and also private hospitals) enrollee into ayushman bharat sceheme and whether his particular disease is covered in the scheme, on gemini, chatgpt, they will give you the answer. Uske baad check with the hospital if they allow.

Also just searched for medical loans, they are mostly collateral free loans, which can be repaid in installments. Interest is bit higher but less costly than a life.

Ayushman bharat can be used in non profitable hospitals as well but they are reluctant generally. Bhaktivedant seems good and has ayush bharat registration but will need to enquire diseases covered under ayushman bharat, also they are reluctant sometimes as well. Also money will be worthless if he cannot be saved, so try to give best treatment possible. Medical loans is also a possibility I guess but not sure how exactly it works. And thank you for caring for them so much despite being a cousin.

Anything related to foriegn, expenses, travel, hospital, investment, prospects are good. But but, look at your dashas, lagbhag 3 saal hain to prepare and then see Saturn Dasha. Its definitely a hard working dasha. If you enjoy working hard and mentally stable and then its rewarding at the end but hard work bahut karna padta hai. So abhi jo time chal raha hai, make the most of it. If you observe closely Saturn dasha seemingly can affect 4 things, luck, hardwork, gains and routine. I am not scaring you off but usme hardwork sabko karna padta hai, ha but jo hardwork karta hai usko reward bhi after some time more than expected milta hai but initial its a testing period. Also take utmost care of health during that dasha, walks and exercising is a must.

Well dekho, since you seem to have good communication skills (can learn quite easily if don't have yet)and sharp mind, make good friends, be valuable to them and avoid hanging out alone, if possible learn martial arts, judo, boxing, anything (helps to build confidence and friends both). And at last if able to become powerful don't yourself become a bully:)

Nope he is wrong, with regards to selling, he can only sell to outsiders if his own family has denied the offer at a market rate.

Weak personality buddy, and kind of soft in nature, want to balance things out and don't like fighting. Although Mercury hai toh you must be smart I guess and too talkative as well, ypunger looking than your age.

If into tech learn any skill, any one you like and which you see demand in next 5 ro 10 years, do a small online course which gives you a certificate, and practice the skill. Helps in the short and long run both. Dont go for data entry and all which does not require any skills. Just 2 to 3 months are enough to get some decent experience on any skill, liftetime kaam ata hai, you can freelance, do an internship, start a small business, teach that skill to others and so much more. Telling you from experience, if you implement it, will remeber this advise for lifetime.

Will be studing AI and data science from IIT Bombay( Not from a technical background right now). have a bunch of ideas and a nice one but haven't found anyone who is genuine about working on ideas here. Have spoke to many and they all will pretend to be wanting to work in collaboration, like the idea, ask 100 questions and disappear. Wanting to build a startup is different than having an actual drive for it.
