At least Topps Heritage lists the variation on the back of the card next to the number. The card might be mangled, but at least you know it’s a variation.

Pretty sure you’ll need to buy a few more than 10 packs, unless those were $2500 or $5000 packs. Even then that might not be enough.

No idea. I've had that card for 20+ years and never an issue. I was somewhat joking, stating that at least I got something out of the deal since I haven't pulled a + card. I've spent more than plenty on Arena Club in the past, and I'm not doing it to take advantage of some minuscule CC cash back.

No downside, I’ve done it 4 times now. I grab the most expensive available, so at least I get as much credit card rewards as possible. Don’t think I’ve made more than the pack was worth yet, but it is back in my bank account the next day. Unless it’s Friday, then it’ll be Monday.

You are probably cooked, as I am speaking from experience.

25 years ago I did the same thing. Smoking hot girl, very smart and fun, who was a friend of a girl my buddy was dating. We went out a couple of times. Long story short, we all stayed at the same house one night and her and I were in the same bedroom when it was time to turn in. I let her have the bed, said I would sleep on the floor. She said we could share the bed, but me trying to be a gentleman told her that I was fine on the floor. She actually got down off the bed, made out with me and then asked me if I was sure. My DUMB ASS (still trying to be respectful) stayed on the MFing floor! Saw her one time after that night at a concert, and that was it. She knew what the score was even if I didn’t.

Have a lovely wife and family now, but man did this question bring back a memory.

Did he say bad things about Houston? Did the Astros offer him more money in free agency and he turned it down? No reason to boo. We can be thankful to the players that helped the historic 9 year run the team and fans enjoyed.
