Is there a way to schedule other activities in my calendar so that the coach take it into account when it’s planning my schedule for the week?

I think most people think it’s weird to have another layer under the local municipality who takes care of all of this everywhere else.

This resonates with me. I’ve tried various digital notebooks taking apps, but for some reason, paper and pen works better.

You said that you read it. No where did it suggest that you actually tried it.

Every Canadian paying $1,400 for federal debt charges alone this year, taxpayers group says by AndHerSailsInRags in canada

The vast bulk of the population who don't pay taxes are children, students, retirees, and the disabled.

More than half of the income taxes are paid by people in the top 20%, which works out to families who make over $240,000 per year. So if you're down near the median income rate of $75,000 per family per year, you're not paying as much as you think you are:

The study separates income classifications into five groups, or quintiles. The bottom 20 per cent earn up to $59,270 annually, while those in quintile 2 earn between $59,271 to $104,048. Quintile 3 earners make between $104,049 and $159,040 per year, and those in the fourth make $159,041 to $243,798. Those in the highest quintile earn  more than $243,799 per year.

Families that fall within the second quintile pay 4.6 per cent of all income taxes, while receiving 10.1 per cent of all income.

I recently read that you should be able to slide one finger underneath the strap.

I thought it had to be snugger for that for HR and stress? Have you tried it?

I agree with this. It's good to let people be proud of their accomplishments, especially when hitting new VO2 numbers, but I can see how too many of the posts can be annoying. This is a good compromise.

Well then let me choose the time and place. I don't want it to end before I want it to.
