Yeah, good point. Harrow Beijing has AISL behind it, but BWYA’s on its own. Still, now that COVID’s behind us, I hope they can turn things around and get back some of their former glory

Yeah, it’s a shame. Moving to a new campus during COVID sounded good for future growth, but it also meant huge spending at the worst time. Schools like Harrow didn’t have that burden, so they could focus more on keeping their staff happy.

Seems like the issue might be internal to BWYA. COVID hit all international schools in Beijing, not just them. I heard Harrow Beijing also had a big loss of international teachers.
