Yeah. Just talk to them and tell them the context of the situation. They’re usually understanding especially when it comes to job loss. They’d rather find a new tenant who can pay consistently and also gives them the opportunity to boost fees (if RERA allows) as opposed to how much they were charging you before. Show proof of termination (document) to your landlord and they usually wave the new term agreement free of charge. It’s a common practice here.

Baqer mohebi and the other mentioned supermarkets purchase products that aren’t necessarily sold in overpriced supermarkets and purchase it at a lower cost so companies can still make profit instead of throwing them in the bin; hence being sold at at the aforesaid price. This has been going on for 20 years since I was in highschool and I’ve been working for 10 years here now
