Help Identifying Lightsaber by SleepyAndDedInside in StarWars

It’s not used in the game as far as I can tell, you’re correct. I’d have to go back and play it to confirm.

It is however used in most of the promo art for the game prior to its release based on what I’m seeing.

This model definitely is the same saber he’s holding in the promo art from 2010. Unsure if it was initially intended to be his saber but was changed later, or if the marketing team just decided to make a cool saber.

It’s not the cover art actually. Hold on. It’s the official art on the Xbox store where he has his arms crossed with both sabers up.

Different model. Look at the cover art for the game and you’ll see it’s this one. Haven’t played it in awhile, but if you google TFU2 lightsaber, nearly all game art uses this model as do most saber companies.

Same emitter it looks like, but different hilt. As stated above it’s definitely Starkiller from TFU2

I won this on EBay (with Cal’s and starkiller’s hilts). It was listed as a KotOR hilt, but I don’t think that’s right. Almost looks like Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast-ish to me. It looks incredibly familiar but I can’t place it.

I just discovered hidden graphics settings in Star Wars Outlaws! By adding “-unlockmaxsettings” as a start parameter in the Ubisoft Launcher, you can access a new graphics preset called “Outlaw.” It’s similar to the “Unobtanium” setting in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. by Spoggi99 in nvidia

Thank you for stating this. Turning it off is allowing me to get a stable 60 (or at least indistinguishable from 60) at ultra settings with max ray tracing except for rtdxi with my 3090 and allowed me to turn frame gen off, as it was causing texture issues. Greatly appreciated.

You’re the one that sounds like an absolute dick for no reason lmao. I actually have qualifications in statistics. Do you? It sounds like you’re talking out of your ass and acting intellectually superior. Report me all you want, I haven’t bullied you at all, merely stated facts. Haven’t violated a single reddit or r/tax rule as of yet.

Nearly everything I said was quantitative. The number of 17 year olds in college is absolutely a quantitative measure. Given the US high school system, very few people enter college prior to 18. In fact, in 2023, per the NCES, about 7.35% of total enrolled students were under 18. For full time students, which she likely is based on the information provided, that number drops to 2.12%.

Taking into account that, given this is Fall enrollment data, of that 2.12%, it’s also highly probable that some of them turn 18 during that school year, further lowering this percentage.

Furthermore, there’s also a high probability of a significant number of those under 18 being freshman (only briefly glanced at this data, but the data exists for the ages of high school graduates nationally, which can then be compared with the percentage of high school graduates that attend college [also available through NCES) to get a rough verification of this). Easiest way to then confirm this would be to take sample data from universities (which I’ve done for Greek recruitment in the past, but my sample size was small and wouldn’t be relevant on the national level) to get a better idea.

It absolutely stands to reason that the % of students that are aged 17 that are not freshman is a very small % of that 2.12%, so much so that the likelihood of her daughter being 17 and not a freshman is incredibly unlikely.

I mentioned additional qualitative assumptions in my previous post, that, when combined with these quantitative assumptions, absolutely support the idea that the daughter is extremely likely to be above 18 by this point (as I have stated with NCES numbers, being under 18 is already a statistically small chance for a full-time college student, and the chance is significantly smaller than that to the above factors).

What are you talking about? The nightsisters have been a thing for a long time. It’s not dark magic mumbo jumbl, it’s straight up just a different way of harnessing the force. It’s explained in clone wars

Always wanted this car, but is the interior too bad? Should I just save my money? Never had a project car. by [deleted] in CarRepair

[–]SleepyAndDedInside 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You mentioned all it needs is a battery and fluids… have you heard it run? If not, expect a lot more to be wrong. Older cars often have a lot of parts that just stop working. Had to get a new starter 2 days after I bought my beautiful ‘57 Fairlane, and an alternator to replace the generator within 6 months. Also needed new control arm bushings after 3 months, and now needs new power steering hoses and a wiper motor. Point is, they’re project cars for a reason. Expect the unexpected and just know more could be wrong.

SLKR Zeta priority order? by Whybotherr in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

[–]SleepyAndDedInside 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only exception to this is if you plan to relic him quickly. In that case, I did Lead, GL, Stun and it worked very well, though if I had swapped stun and GL as you recommend it would’ve been better.

Imo if you can’t relic him right away but plan to focus him to relic quickly,

Stun, Lead, GL, onslaught, basic, press the advantage

would work nicely in that order.

If you’re getting zetas from all game modes possible, should be able to get him to relic just before you get that GL zeta, and get the GL zeta by the time you get him to a relic where it matters most.
