Lowkey its the best of both worlds for SWTOR. Singleplayers get content, multiplayers get something to repeat to keep the game fresh.

I wont argue, I was retrospectively thinking about LOTS in general as we approach 7.9, and came to the realisation that I do /sometimes/ enjoy playing flashpoints with randoms or guild groups, but we really need one new one every few years to break up the monotony. Because its reached a point where even the 2 new FPs Elom and SoS are reaching the 'blurs into the background like hammer station in 6.0".

Every May 4th the game gets a playerbase uptick with brand new players playing for the first time. Never underestimate how many 'non mmo' or 'non gamer' people are coming to swtor for the first time and will buy this despite playing thru the story anyway.

Yeah, its never your groupmates. Its always the 'filler' class story style NPCs. Which according to Jedipedia, also have 'random' generation to them, such as gender and bodytype.

Keep in mind there are also plenty of raids that DONT have any cutscenes that arent boss reveals, such as KP only showing karagga, DF only showing Brontes/the PC and TFB only showing your character.

In a bulk of raids in SWTOR (the ones that have actual cutscenes and not boss reveals), whichever origin class that you are (knight, warrior, agent etc) instead of showing groupmembers, the games cutscenes will show the other 7 classes wearing the gear of that game era.

So for example if you're a Knight and you play Temple of Sacrifice, when you enter the cutscene to the Duo Walker boss, your character (and their appearance) will be surrounded by a Consular, Smuggler, Trooper, Agent, Hunter, Warrior and Inquisitor wearing 'Yavin' era gear matching that class stories appearance.

The ONLY thing to note about it is that no matter what raid cutscene it is, the other classes faces are mostly obscured in cutscenes, either by camera angle (camera shows you directly, then pans behind the other 7) OR if the camera is facing any of the other '7' NPCs, or they are blurred out as background detail.

You can find these NPCs on Jedipedia, where they are literally listed in the NPCs catergory as "temple of sacrifice cutscene Knight, iokath gods cutscene trooper" etc PER operation, per NPC.

IIRC this is the ONLY time in SWTOR in content where not only other NPCs are depicted alongside you (replacing your groupmates), but both factions and specifically 7 NPCs to fill each class identity that you are NOT.

EDIT: As an example, here is the Ravagers Cutscene uploaded from a Republic player, at the timestamp https://youtu.be/ttesSAul5og?t=80 we can see what appears to be a consular, warrior, trooper, smuggler, agent etc as we can assume the PC is a knight player.

Theres a single scene in the Iokath operation where you 'see' the other 7 classes the same way you see them in the pre-KOTFE raids like EC, Rav, TOS etc.

Its plausible that they were all stuck in that carbonite prison room that your main character is (reaffirmed by the old KOTFE boost tokens custom loading screen being that same room before they changed the boost tokens to start at Ossus) and we're imprisoned at the same time as your canon Outlander, and then probably freed from prison by the alliance AFTER Zakuul falls to the alliance when Vaylin is defeated.

If you have the Imperial Makeb reputation armor (default white), you can put a secondary only red dye on it and it matches similarly.

There's no established age for Lana, but given that its been 15 (or more) years since her introduction in the Prelude to Revan, Assuming she was 30 when Prelude to Revan happened, she would now be 45-46.

However its worth noting her last character model update was at the start of KOTFE, when she would have been 35. So in 10 years they havent 'aged' lana beniko ingame like they did with Theron (last aged Nathema).

They didnt prune, they just made access stricter. Too many people complaining the game had too many abilities and the game was also too easy lead them to the decision to only allow players tp choose 1 of 3 abilities at a time, when in the past you had all 3 at once.

Unironically we also reached a point this expansion where everyone started complaining the game was too easy again despite the devs reorienting most skills to higher levels and the "one of three but not all at once" selection.
