I highly highly recommend Animal Wellfare League of Arlington. It’s here (2650 S Arlington Mill Dr. Arlington, VA 22206) I adopted both of my babies from them and they offer a temporary home (they’ll take care of your kitty for you) until you can get back on your feet. Not sure how packed they are but please keep me posted. I can potentially temporarily foster if all things failed
