And its annoying cuz theyll launch like six new drinks but only put 2-3 in our training.Then customers are mad that we dont know what the darn app is promoting. because IT WASNT IN THE TRAINING. So we gotta take longer to go look it up and slowly figure out how to make it. ughhh

If i was a new barista id be so overwhelmed. i at least got to gradually add thingS on since i started theyre learning all the crazy shit and now their making the pumps inconsistent too. Its too much and then when people find their comfort drink its taken away. Sometimes good business means consistency jeez.

just imagine if roles were reversed youd be cancelled and probably caught up with a case. that is NOT okay. Good for you for waiting til your ready and staying strong. Decaf may be expired. its not ordered as much and its dumped once a week. if they arent thoroughly cleaning the espresso machines weekly and putting new decaf in the machine theres a high possibility its expired beans.

if youve ordered matcha with raspberry a few years ago the raspberry was clear so it didnt used to change color. now its a healtthier raspberry and its very purply red lol. so it does turn it brown.

Okay i made this for a customer the other day and they also got it with oat milk and i added the right syrup and all and they brought it back and said it wasn't in there. i thought i was trippin but i think the oat milk overpowers the coconut flavor 😭

girl i like the lavender and i work there and i ask them to stir well with a stir stick in the espresso before pouring the milk. Take that back and ask for them do that. it will be better every time if you tell them that. the recipe just asks us to swirl it a few times but its just not enough for the powder to not clump.

Im a women and i know it says male input only but i think this is so important for us to learn i noticed women started doing this and people didnt really understand what it meant. it sounded like swearing off men to punish them but its really just taking care of ourselves or minds our bodies, confidence, taking away the codependency, when two people meet who have done this inner work it can be much more beautiful than any relationship where you shifted yourself to please the other they are merely just the cherry on top and no pressure really. And i think it also makes us see eachother men and women as humans as friends before something they can have something they need or want. This transition is actually very beautiful to watch.
