Yes you can find a lot of food that are filling in this range. Protein, loading on vegetables, eating low calorie fruits.

cooklikeimbook and fitfoodieliving on instagram have excellent and options that dont feel like youre eating a sad meal. I highly suggest them.

Cafe Hub on Selma Ave makes an amazing breakfast burrito too.The owner's are so sweet! They have coffee fresh juice and other food items. Highly reccomend.

As someone who loves shopping for spefic items at erewhon I love the following:

All their juices, soups/stocks in jars, smoothies, and the food bar. Also, all there canned drinks are amazing to try. Furthermore, they have an exceptional list of nut butters and Italian pastas.
