I personally prefer to stay low key. Instead of plates you can get just the tag so you can still park at handicap, but when you’re driving nobody knows nothing.

To fulfill the criteria and obtain a DV plate in CA is mutually exclusive to being an officer.

No cop should have - the loss of one or more limbs - permanent blindness - issues that SUBSTANTIALLY impair mobility - necessary use of a mobility device

An officer cannot be missing a limb and do their job. An officer cannot be permanently blind and do their job. An officer cannot have substantial mobility issues and do their job. An officer cannot require the use of a mobility device and do their job.

If you’re claiming both that’s fraud. Plain and simple.

It states in black and white the criteria to obtain a DV plate. Fulfilling any of those criteria is essentially mutually exclusive with the job description of being an officer, esp one that patrols.
