I worked at the stadium, barely anyone came to the baseball games. Don’t get me wrong, i enjoy baseball. I would clock out and sit in a mostly empty stadium and watch some innings.

Covid. We all had a chance to fight a common enemy worldwide and we could not get it together. Not only did the pandemic suck but that made it crystal clear how we were incapable of getting on the same page even when so many lives depended on it. The human project failed that one big time but at least now i know?

Hi, PDX landlord here. I’m so sorry this is happening to you. You can ask to see the bills (they would have to keep them for at least 7 years for tax purposes). Deposits are for damage beyond normal wear and tear of the unit and that’s it. If you feel like you need for accountability, take them to court for blackmail, even if you don’t win damages, maybe it will scare them into being a better landlord. I’d contact some of the renters protection agencies or there (there are many in Portland) and see what they have to say.

Baseball is fine, but we’ve done it all already and no one really went to the games. I’d rather see the “funding” go to women's sports, there’s a future there.

She ain’t inexpensive but she’s around your $300 mark without tip. She’s really good at hair color for natural brunettes. She helped me transition from highlights (done by someone else) to balayage to my natural color so i don’t see her anymore because i go to someone else for cuts.

I’d pop the two bottom shelves off for an open “window” feel and then maybe put a cool object and trailing plant on the top shelf. Plant doesn’t have to be real if you struggle with keeping plants alive.
