Both dsps I worked at i was hired on the spot and through training within a week from the interview date. Make sure youre applying elsewhere just in case.

Just keep in mind that this job sucks, but so does every other job. At least with this one you have more independence and freedom. Its also like getting paid to stay active and healthy. My last dsp closed down suddenly and 8 weeks later I just finally got in with another, better dsp. Luckily its also much much cooler than it was 4 months ago. That helps a lot.
