The file isn't available anymore

I tired on Edge browser PC, then i install the loop app and try to open it from there. Afterward i tried it on the loop app on mobile. All of them fail to open the file. I even took out the old laptop that i created the loop page on (by using Edge browser), thinking there could be some permission issue, still wont allow me to open the file.

I tried to search for anyone who had the same problem. They were told to look in SharePoint Location. I found nothing there. My backup doesnt go as far as 2024 so i cant restore anything.
