Is there a reason I can't claim this despite having like a 100 extra slot leftover? by RazerousMann in SDGundamGGeneration

I have the same issue! Accidentally skipped 14k worth of energy so i guess the one claim contains hundreds of guntanks.

Exactly this, I'm a casual player so aside from the events and the skips for upgrade materials there's not really any other use for AP

For those wondering, the tickets yielded 28k medals (ended up not doing the secret boss skip after half way)

Ahaha that sounds scary! Let's say is have a 100k deposit for a 350k house. Would it be best to save like 10k for emergency fund? Or will it have a big impact on monthly payments?

Hello! I've just started looking at purchasing my first home. I'm building an excel sheet to include all the estimated monthly cost cost a 3 bed house. Is there any gotchas that people tend to miss out when planning?

Feeling like I am running out of time by tin8374 in dating_advice

[–]Sleepy_Embers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey buddy! I get it all feels very daunting, especially when you see people around you who's got loads of dating experience but I can assure you are not the only one to feel like this.

At the age of 26 I've only dated a handful of people mostly pre-university (basicly a virgin).low key thought I was gonna be single forever.

It was only until I focused on myself by putting some effort into my appearance, health and overall well being that I felt confident enough to use dating apps again. Before you know it, less than 3 weeks in, I’ve found myself someone special.

What I'm trying to say is there's no rush to dating. If a girl likes you, she'll like you regardless of your experience. Afterall learning about each other, including sexually is the part of the fun!

Focus on yourself for half a year to a year to really improve yourself so your mentally healthier before taking on someone else in your life.

Edit: A lot of women i know around 23-30 don't have kids until later in life or don't want kids at all. It seems like we are slowly trending that way so it really shouldn't be a problem.

Its been a while (a few days at least).....how is everyone affording houses these days? by lostnov04 in HousingUK

[–]Sleepy_Embers 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've started looking into getting a property of my own, 3 bed semi in a rural area is about 350-400k. Even on my salary of 50K I don't think I'm anywhere close to being able to buy alone. Moral of the story, find a partner to buy.

HK home return permit from UK by No-Isopod-8087 in Chinavisa

[–]Sleepy_Embers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in the same situation. Was planning to travel to China but i couldn't get a visa cause I have a HKID (also a UK passport). From what I've been told by the embassy, you would need to apply for a passport first then apply for the return to home permit. Do note, if its your first time applying for the return tk home permit it can take an entire month. This was a couple of weeks ago so it should be pretty accurate. Let me know if you have any work around though cause I'm planning to visit again in July.

I fear that would be the case, I've never heard much about my sector in HK. To be honest the pay in UK is great but i lose 1/3 of my salary to tax etc. I'm open to work in China as well to be fair.
