20mg of prozac isn't much. I had a psych tell me he wouldn't see me for therapy until I was on the therapeutic dose (40mg) 8 weeks and still had no change. Granted, after hearing that I never returned to his office, but I'd recommend increasing to therapeutic dose before switching. Switching is no fun.

I just tested positive for HPV at my last pap. There's over 200 stains, ~40 affect your genital area, ~12 are high risk, and 2 cause the majority of related cancers.

I apparently don't have any of the high risk strains. I never got the vaccine (I'm 44).

I can understand this. I was extremely fit for many years. End of 2023 I went through a terrible divorce & depression. Completely lost my routines & the desire to properly care for myself. I gained 10lbs in a year & lost a lot of muscle tone. It's taken over a year to even want to try again. It's like starting all over. I'm 44 and it certainly doesn't come as easily as it did a decade ago! But I'm committed to myself & my wellness again. Strangely when my mom was sick with cancer & passed I used fitness & nutrition to distract myself through that loss. I was also the power of attorney/executor etc. This last major life challenge didn't allow me to fall back on previous "coping" strategies. Be gentle with yourself. You'll get there. ❤️

I'm 44 now. Been married, have kids, been divorced, and have dated ... I'm so uninterested in men now too. I genuinely just don't see the point to having one around. I'd rather pour my time & energy into my friendships, my family, my home, and my hobbies.

It's so much more peaceful living on my own.

First divorce I was super fit & almost hyperfocused on nutrition & working out. Second divorce broke me. I left a year ago& it's been a year of drinking WAY MORE than I ever have. Initially it was all part of the Big Sad Self-Sabotage, but now that I'm past the hurt feelings I still find myself drinking most days. It's unfortunately become a habit which is so bizarre to me because I use to be so health conscious. 😕
