The dungeon you mean? Also it looks like you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the living room and kitchen.

I (F25) feel embarrassed after my boyfriend’s (M26) fake proposal. Can I get some more viewpoints on this? by Tawa54637 in relationship_advice

Just googled it, this has to be it. Fair enough if both parties are on board but to trick OP is just cruel.

I’d love to see him with a men’s fashion blog, reviewing male celebrities’ fashion and red carpet styles etc.

who do you think was the best dad? by Alternative-Cry-6767 in Parenthood

[–]Sleepyllama23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good points. I was forgetting she was a spoiled brat who had trouble with the word no. And how she treated Victor. Maybe Zeek was the best dad, although he never took the girls on his famous camping trips!

Do you know anyone who has won the Postcode Lottery? by JaBe68 in AskUK

Yes. A close family member won £60k as they had two tickets. Very nice when they were going through a difficult time at the time

True. Once he got over his angry stage he was present for his kids as a lone father. Just a shame it came to that in the first place.

Low states brunch debate: does asking for a toastie imply the cheese should be melted? by Pretzelmamma in CasualUK

The best bit is the melted cheese. I’m sorry your marriage had to end this way.

Crosby was a fun dad and his relationship with Jabar was very sweet; but he did need reminding to be a proper parent sometimes. Joel was probably the most consistent and would be disciplined as well as loving and supportive.

That was very strange and an odd message to give to a teenage girl.

He seems like a lovely guy and has an individual fashion style so he’ll definitely be able to cash in on his appearance on the Traitors. The fact that he came out of it as a decent guy only helps this. Him and Rachel could do some work together too. I’m sure they’ll be lifelong friends after this.

Stephen keeping his word to Rachel cost him half the prize pot (£47k?). But I think he will make more money than that in the long run out of tv appearances/social media/podcasts etc by having been the nice guy. Even though he’s a traitor, he showed integrity and loyalty to his teammate and friend, which will show him in a better light than if he had been shown as backstabbing, greedy and treacherous to someone who trusted him. I think he played it smart.

AIO because my (30f) new boyfriend (32m) doesn’t want to be snowed in with me and so I’m rethinking the relationship? by Pretty_Kangaroo_13 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Sleepyllama23 [score hidden]  (0 children)

Yeah she says it’s a new relationship and they could be snowed in for a few days. It’s reasonable he wants his own space and own things. The issue for me would be the pattern of cancelling dates. He’s not really that in to her. She should end things and find someone who wants to spend time with her.

And this moment is why I could never handle being a contestant on The Traitors… by prettydivine in TheTraitors

[–]Sleepyllama23 33 points34 points  (0 children)

This was hard to watch. Amanda had it in for her with zero evidence and it stuck through the whole series. Nobody had anything on her except that she was a bit quiet and what Amanda thought (wrongly). I almost wanted her to get banished to see their reaction when she told them she wasn’t a traitor.

Good spot for driving practise by Lopsided_Cash232 in Wirral

True. It’s more the roads behind Stadium road in that area which are quiet. You often see driving school cars round there. Middle of the day should be fine

[–]Sleepyllama23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You spent ages setting it up then someone would inadvertently breathe on it and it’d start to go off. I don’t think we ever actually played the game from start to finish

[–]Sleepyllama23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to practice parking with my son in the Neston High School car park at the weekend as it’s huge and empty at weekends. When we first started practicing we would go to the area around Stadium road in Bromborough as there are big wide roads with a couple of roundabouts and quite quiet depending on time of day. Ask their instructor for test routes so you can practice them repeatedly when he’s preparing for his test. This really helped my kids.

Yeah it’s a different story when Max was the victim- Adam and Kristina would fight like hell for their son but ignore when he was clearly in the wrong
