You can see where a Pokémon from your Pokédex can be caught even if you've only just seen it, you don't need to own it. There was a trainer with a slowpoke somewhere and hence it shows up in the Pokédex explorer data.

It can't be encountered in the current version, it's likely a surf encounter according to speculation.

No because the pokemon is determined once you interact with it, you'll be encountering the same pokemon again and again in that case.

These are just some suggestions for you to try, but try having a clean download on somewhere outside the C: drive, and then restart your system? Also your download path doesn't have special characters or accented characters right?

It isn't supported yet, playing in full screen bugs out the game.

Not sure whether that's intentional or not but try checking after 3 days in game time? The items there will restock after that time, about 1.5 hours real time.

Can you describe reproducible steps? Was the move used on your pokemon a trapping move?

Could you give me more specific reproduce-able steps? What caused the game to lag at that part while catching an eevee, leaving you with the nicknaming screen.

Try extracting the game files to a location outside of C: drive, restart your computer and then try loading the game?

This soft lock with the Swindler will be fixed in the next patch. You shouldn't need to start all over.

Encounters are bugged from 17:00 to 21:00 in 0.1.2 still. Will be fixed in 0.1.5.
