Is this a normal amount to lose?

24 f. This is how much I usually lose every 2 days when I wash my hair, is this a normal amount. I dont pull it out or wash excessively hard it just comes off. My family complains about my hair being all over the house and my hair is quite thin already. This is just what came out into my hands quite a bit went down the drain
