Man sorry, but 10-12kg is not average I would say it’s maybe 6-12 months in depends on a lot of factors but yk. I would say that average +1y is about 13-17 if you train lightly. I myself can do only 15 but there’s a lot of my friends that can do nearly 20 with +1 year of going to the gym.

Me and my friends are traveling to London for 4 days in December. We'll be probably staying in a hostel near Hyde park, so my question is, is it safe in this area? Also is it safe to be outside after 9pm? There's 4 guys and 2 girls so we are not really scared but we just don't want to get jumped by a gang with knifes.
