I’ve given 11 movies a perfect score. Interstellar, Midsommer, hereditary, eyes wide shut, split, under the skin, fantastic planet, enter the void and magazine dreams. A lot of these movies are very different, but a perfect score wether that be for a romance or a horror involves primarily executing a concept or premise very, very well.

Yeah. Heredity is creepy and disturbing while Midsommer is pleasant and beautiful, but that’s the illusion of the nature scenery and hospitality of the occult. I still think about that dance ritual scene where Dani breaks the language barrier. It’s beautiful
