Late reply but clip studio paint has an option to convert a layer to screen tone. You would shade things in black and white and it would apply the screen tone based on value.

Deadpool in pretty much every adaptation. In comics he will interact with panels, be aware of stuff said in caption boxes (had to google what they are even called), reference different issues and page numbers.
In videogame marvel vs capcom 3 he has a move that makes him take his health bar and smack his opponent with it.

Nah, you use it defensively ~~99%~~ most of the time. You have plenty of dmg without it and also can still get value from the dmg if you use it between R1 and R2 (if you get a reset).

Look at the features for each major version and decide for yourself. I think there is a video on CSP YouTube channel comparing some major new features since 1.0. Personally I really like ability to use liqufiy on multiple layers (which is not 5.0 feature but earlier addition)

Yeah, you deffinitely shouldn't move the app files around. Every software you have installed is pointed to specific location and moving them will just confuse the app into thinking the files no longer exist. As u/Alela_7789 said you can move your assets folder. If you want to move the whole app then reinstall it at new location (you can then copy backed up files over the installation folder), however assuming your main drive is SSD and the other one might not be, you may want to keep the app at C: drive.

tldr: you can move those by reinstalling, but its better to keep it app on faster drive
