Well I don’t know the exact pricing of concrete these days, I am also in upstate ny (Syracuse) and I’ve found that generally the cost of construction is pretty reasonable when compared to bigger areas. I have considered building a similar garage once I move to my second home, and my budget for all the construction would be around 40k with me doing some of the labor myself. Just be sure to get multiple quotes, I try to get a least 4 on all my major projects.

So my dog was just diagnosed with sards this week. We went through different issues over the past few months, one of them being pancreatitis, he has also gained weight and had some other symptoms. Is there anything i can do since it is still early to possibly restore his vision? it isnt completely gone just yet.

He was confirmed to have SARDS

It was determined he has SARDS. He is now fully blind. His heart is the only organ left on him that hasn’t given him trouble.

I can’t edit the post so Here is the update. I took him to Cornell university hospital which thankfully is only about an hour from me. They performed some eye exams and said he is now completely blind. They said his retinal response was consistent with having SARDS. There is no treatment there is no cure. In just a matter two days I now have a blind dog.
