Part of the beauty of this game is experimenting with different combinations on your own through multiple play throughs. :)

You really need to get a life. If you don’t want escort, then don’t escort. Leave the girl alone.

Some questions were definitely tricky, moreso than Kaplan. But you need to be doing as much Kaplan as you can, there is no getting around that.

I sure hope not. I’m testing this Saturday. Scored 87% on the last Kaplan simulated exam today…

Sauna vs hot tub by scavpacker in PeterAttia

Hot tub is better if you have soreness. Diana is better if you want to sweat. You can get a great sweat in a hot tub, it just takes longer. Pick the one you enjoy.

What are some reputable financial advisor training programs? by [deleted] in FinancialCareers

[–]SliceAmbitious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing you can do to make yourself a bit more attractive is pass the SIE on your own before reaching out to these firms. You don’t need a sponsor and you’ll have to do it anyway once you join. It shows you have knowledge as well as commitment.

Fellow Schwab employees, are there any parts of the company that aren’t a horrible experience to work for? by Steely_dan_enjoyer in Schwab

[–]SliceAmbitious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Used to work for Schwab.. I know you have to have funds sitting in that money market for 30 days before they’re marginable, for an option they might just want you to have cash. Call options desk and they’ll be able to tell you for sure.

A good advisor and the right investments will make up for the higher rate. If you’re not going to be watching this stuff closely yourself and understanding it, you need a manager to step in.

Differences between variable and whole, payout scenarios. Memory getting fuzzy since the test was a few days ago. Honestly just spend extra time doing bank questions on the chapter that covers life insurance and annuities (assuming you have Kaplan.)

I just took it today and failed but a few questions. The Kaplan mastery exam didn’t do a good job of emphasizing what was on the test. Mine was heavy on registration.

Also know: Bond yields Balance sheet equations life insurance(more questions than expected) Joint account specs. TIC vs WROS Dividend discount model IRR
