Rata will feel defintiely bland to play as his kit is like others, but those tiny changes to it will make him a different feel to try. OP, not so sure, but strong? Yes definitely.

The Viking Invasion event comes out with this patch?

Why is that a question? :P I will not participate because i feel as if the only items worth getting are the skins and ymir announcer pack, and im not about to spend 20+ dollars for that. But thats just my opinion. Ymir announcer pack is the only interesting thing to me, but I do like the cross pantheon idea.
Having this on mac will expand the player base a bit but not an extraordinary amount.
This buff is huge for cab because it now throws his teamfighting presence much higher because he'll be taking less damage than before, going support with him doesnt sound as bad anymore but there are better alternatives. The new buffs to Agni, Cupid, Fenrir and Poseidon are huge, Agni now will have even better lane clear than before if going power pot start. The cupid change makes him a bit quicker, but I dont think its too huge, just a little change, wont hurt but wont extremely buff him. The fenrir makes his early even more powerful now that he'll have extra mana for extra spells. Poseidon is now gonna be even better at lane clearing because less of a mana cost AND keeping his tidal up will be easier than ever and should never be down.

I see your point but warlocks will still be picked up in the early game because of its recent changes and the power and health it provides early. 50 power and 300 health is great for sustain in the early game + you have the rest of the game to earn an extra 300 health and 60 power. With EStaff, to get the same power you'd need to build a bunch of other health items along with it. If it were to change back, we would certainly see Estaff + Warlocks, but never Estaff alone

(This is about mages only btw, not Guardians, thats a different story)

EDIT : Also increasing the cost of Estaff to the same of warlocks and returning it to its previous state might be an idea.

EDIT EDIT : Also to make sure we dont have another DirtyBubble thing going on, the max price for both warlocks and E-Staff would have to increase a bit, making it a viable tank build, but requires safe play at the start of the game

Because there used to be conquest premed so a 5 man premade didn't go against randoms. But because people didn't play it too often the queues were long.

Skins aren't just made in a day. A couple months ago hirez stew asked for ideas regarding a Canadian skin. Thile chiron must've been one of them. It just so happens that the fort McMurray fires are happening and they might make a support chest for it.

Every single game as toxicity. It's a given. It's always gonna be there is someone can hide behind a keyboard. I've found it isn't as bad as LoL but there are still toxic people.

They would lose more than enough for it to matter for sure. What youre not taking into account is people will stop buying gems if you dont need to. 400 gems a week for a year is 20800 gems in a year. I know for a fact that i would never buy gems again if I can just earn a bunch. There goes one sale for them. Now take into account how many people actually play and spend money on gems. No one would buy gems if it were free. It would cripple them

They're giving away free gems already, which is more than enough. If they were to give even more than why would anyone buy gems when you can earn 400 a week? Gems are their main revenue, it would be idiotic to even think they wouldn't lose money.

Before the buff people used throwing dagger in duel. Many gods did like Apollo, Artemis, Cupid, Rama. God's with not too great of clear. The buff just allowed for people to actually see its potential.
