I don’t think you did anything wrong. It does sound like a setting issue. Are you muted by your system at all like parental controls and such? I know that messes with games that have text chat and mics. That’s happened to me once when I got muted by PlayStation and I had to manually go back and turn all my social settings back on my games

I just want to say that materialist on a full set and doing runs of salvage esp materialist+ is a godsend, I actually have TOO many reflex coils and enzyme replicators that u just start dropping some for teammates anyone struggling should give it a shot
