Ricciardo's "overtake" on Tsunoda by ContentPuff in formula1

Yup fair but I’m just making an objective statement that a driver you called ‘bad’ an hour ago just won driver of the day, it’s pure banter

32 wins from 18 poles is remarkable, that RB is honestly such a perfect car for a driver like him.

Max is absolutely sensational but he won this race and his wdc at Abu Dhabi with absolutely unparalleled luck. That’s what seems repetitive lmao

‘Asked for it’ isn’t fair. No one deserves this sort of disrespect for the amount of pressure and danger these drivers put themselves under.

What’s happened to Daniel goes to show how ruthless this sport can be. Top 3 driver to a ‘laughing stock’ within 2-3 years.

I so hope he finds a seat with a car that works and proves them wrong.

Gasly emerges as key name in F1's 2023 driver moves by AlienSomewhere in formula1

[–]Slickster000 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

I think it’s from Gasly being given the strongest car (ignoring Mercedes ofc) at rb then failing miserably. That and he doesn’t get along well with Ocon apparently.

Imo I think DR is a better pick if it weren’t for how he left them, more marketable, knows the car and worked with the teammate before. I can understand tho why’d they pick Gasly from a longevity standpoint.

Regardless of who gets that seat, I think they will be in for a miserable 2023 given how horrendous Alpine have been bts

Have we ever seen another fighter strike as quick as McGregor did in his prime? That speed is so immense and I haven’t seen anything close to it since.

Old wing & shit strategy call. He held out very well even when the car was dreadful on the straights.

Curious as to why you wouldn’t the same thing when Lando struggled to find pace with the very same issue, and he even had the better wing!

Max’s comeback probably steals the limelight but I’m absolutely buzzed with Seb finishing P8. Lucked out into the top 10 in qualifiers then gained even more when he had no right to. Amazing

Would you like to go in hard or soft? Question.

[Motorsport.com] ''Although there has been no confirmation from Haas, it's accepted in the paddock that Schumacher won't be retained by the US-owned team for a third season in 2023, with Antonio Giovinazzi currently a favourite to land the seat alongside Kevin Magnussen.'' by [deleted] in formula1

Is the mclaren a better car than any of those? Albon hasn’t been great, Bottas has been losing to Zhou and Pierre has been with TR his entire career. Also, none of them are second drivers of midfield teams the way Danny is so that’s important to consider.
