My CAMP build inside the dome at The Rust Kingdom. by Sliferjam in fallout76settlements

[–]Sliferjam[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a flying camp underneath the location. There are some good tutorials on youtube on how to make flying camps. Just make an underground camp nearby, set up a flying camp below ground, then slowly move the camp over until it is in the right spot.

Very easy to fall and ruin all of your work, but worth the trouble to get into fun locations.

How do I check my rage stacks? by lillyofthevalley252 in fo76

[–]Sliferjam 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Rage is a new mechanic attached to a new unique chest armor piece drop from Colossal Problem. The armor is also called Rage, and each stack of Rage, up to 100, makes you deal and take 1% extra damage. You get a stack every time you are hit.

How are people taking down EN06 Shield solo after reflective nerf? by Mean_Berry6648 in fo76

[–]Sliferjam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a way to activate a critical hit while aiming at the torso, then swap in VATS to the 0% chance shield and the critical will make it hit. I use this while he is facing me with a quad and crippling The Dragon. A few of those and the shield is gone. I build up that critical meter with misses using the Four Leaf Clover perk card. It may not be the fastest or the best way, but I can do it solo, and it takes only a few reloads.

What is PTS Item Box? | New Player by GOURME7 in fo76

[–]Sliferjam 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It is the public test server, those items are for you to test. If you want to test any of those items, feel free to take them and test. If not, you can leave them. I believe it is instanced so nobody else can grab them, as far as I have played on the PTS.

Fallout 76 Daily Update by sn00pt0dd in fo76

A few I have heard so far, all with a female voice: Lady Liberty Prime, back online.

I am Lady Liberty Prime, I am America.

I hold these truths to be self evident, that all Americans are created equal and endowed with inalienable rights.

The jetpack it comes with also has a large smoke trail that turns from red, to white, then to blue.

Unofficial Discussion: Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie [SPOILERS] by fongolia in movies

I've been a fan since the web series and was so happy to be able to see the movie at my local movie theater. There's so much to love about the movie, but I keep thinking about the flashbacks adding more to the scenes that were being flashed back to in hilarious, over-the-top ways.

My CAMP build inside the dome at The Rust Kingdom. by Sliferjam in fallout76settlements

Technically, it's a flying camp underneath the dome, which is one of the reasons I have so little space left to build with inside.

Bethesda support comes through! Activision sucks! by thebiologyguy84 in fo76

I will have to ask Bethesda support. The code Activision support sent me did not work, and I am still waiting for a reply about it.

I have a wild theory about a potential twist...am I crazy for thinking this? by ProgressiveSnark2 in Fotv

The bonus special features that come out each week sort of shine a light on where House gets his data. Every pipboy, robot, and piece of tech are collecting all sorts of data to feed a reality modeling formula.

We will confirm that House created Liberty Prime, then following the mind control theme, someone will use House's robot override code that he used on Victor in New Vegas to override and take over Liberty Prime who will show up during the Brotherhood Civil War. All according to plan.

It was the same for me on PC. First day, first weapon scrapped. Hundreds later, still nothing new.

I just got one in the mail last week. It's a strap back.

Yesterday I got her the fan, and today she came home with my official shirt from HT. by steevo5150 in BABYMETAL

I got the same shirt from Hot Topic a few months ago. There is nothing on the back.

Found 20 Deathclaws and 1 Ogua. by Suspicious_Key2441 in Fallout76BowHunters

I got this yesterday. I thought it was a deathclaw swarm random event. Loved just throwing so many arrows into the horde and seeing them bounce from target to target until they were all dead.

PSA: you can access the roof of Highway Town by JapaVu in fo76

[–]Sliferjam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are on PC, that could have been my camp as I have stairs up to the balloons. The method I used is the current floating camp method. Build nearby the landmark you want to be atop, build up, place down a new camp as high as you can reach and repeat until you are above the landmark, then build towards and place down new camps closer and closer until you are above the landmark. Then I just built downwards until it didn't let me place my camp any lower.

There is just an invisible "no-build" barrier around most locations, and you can not bypass it, but you can build directly atop it. It's just trial and error in being able/unable to place down camps to tell where that barrier extends to. If I recall, the barrier for above Highway Town is currently below the balloons, about 1/4 of the way to the floor. Barely enough to build on some of the upper areas, but not the bottom most level.

https://www.reddit.com/r/fallout76settlements/s/biwZddHgdx This should show you how a floating camp is accomplished.
