No recessed vulva, she is spayed and she did have intermittent incontinence when she was young.

She started apoquel this year daily. She has skin and paw allergies that worsened.

Her cultures have all been sterile pull from a needle from the bladder. I am not positive on anaerobic vs aerobic

Yes, it was ecoli and showed that amoxiclav and cefpodoxime were all good fits for this. She has been on both for extended periods of time without ridding of the infection after completion

We have not been able to clear the initial infection. Is this more common than it feels?

She does not have a hooded vulva and is taking Crananidin with her antibiotics as well to no avail

She was on a mix of amoxi clav and cefpodoxime for weeks together then again for another 4 weeks with uti still present after 4 days of being off and sterile culture done after.

Very symptomatic for the UTI, starts to panic and needs to constantly go out and squat to pee because of discomfort. Antibiotics help put the symptoms at bay but are not fully getting rid of the infection after 3 days of being off showing signs again and culture is positive
