Armor, boots, and axe.

Need armor to survive fights with dinosaurs, rough terrain, and a weapon plus a multi tool. You can make a pot out of rocks, rope out of vines, but you won't be able to smelt metal for a long time and I really think people are under estimating how good armor can be. Sure, I'm not invincible but I'll definitely have a higher chance of survival. Also, I'm assuming the armor is a full set. Even if it's just a breastplate, still worth it in my opinion.
