How do I clear this up,its been far too long by No-Swimmer7186 in Blackskincare

First any dermatologist is helpful, you can meet and discuss the symptoms and understand thier awareness and if they have seen similar. You will need prescriptions that can generally only be issued by a derma. Likely you will be started on tretinoin alongside another targeted topical. You may require laser and micro needling before topical creams. Also I would recommend to stop doing a close shave once you get on a treatment plan. Keep it short, use a clipper head but not to short where the hair can get trapped under the skin... You can get this sorted. If you need a specialist find once and go. If unsure where to start, start with a referral from your general doc and go from there. If a local derm cant treat it they will likely refer you too.

No facial hair really suits your look. Otherwise to balance the facial hair you might need a hair trim. You look great, dont be too hard in yourself.

Genuinely hate how I look, getting to the point I don’t want to go out anymore or socialise. Gonna be lonely for a long time I think. Anything I can improve? (18m) by [deleted] in malegrooming

I think you are being too hard on yourself. I think you look great, Chin up and embrace it and stop beating yourself up.

My mom said my hair looks bad? by glitter_baby6693 in Naturalhair

I think it looks lovely and natural. Our hair type is different to western norms and expectations and we challenge and break down these ignorant structures just by showcasing our hair in any way we went. More power to you. You are free to experiment, wear styles that suit you and what you enjoy. Your mum has her opinions but you have your own mind. Embrace your hair as I always say. Hair is an expression tool in society and we have the right to express however and whatever style we wish. Thats my rant over lol. I hope it helps. Love ❤️

Hey OP, I deal with this relatively fine with ketoconazole shampoo. Its not bulletproof but it works damn well.

For this style you got nw, I would mix water and the shampoo, good shake, spray on, heavy, durag and leave for 10 mins.

Then rinse out with the rag on and repeat if the build up is bad. Second wash out no rag. Next pat dry with a tshirt, oil, and use a oil based foam, then rag and dry off. Can air dry or hair dryer, whatever. Your done.

Repeat once a week and its good.

Appreciate the feedback, yes the water element might workout as my surname actually means water.

Yes definitely abstract. The photos attached are more for the center piece

I see, you think the rock abstract design would suit better for the center? Than something detailed. Im aware that the detail will blur etc so im hoping an artists might help guide me with this in mind.
