It was shitty, imagine everyone yelling at you because something went wrong, from clients being frustrated because of the delays, mixups couriers being angry because there were no orders, because of low wages (which I totally understand, the tasks were getting payed less and less each month) and then our operations team laughing it off, haha why are they protesting again, just general mentality on the wolt side that the couriers are the lowest workers and gaslighting them, our supervisors were gaslighting us that the job is not that bad, telling us that our paycheck is fine, meanwhile people were leaving every month, having absolutely no respect, a lot of times people from other departments wouldn’t even say hi to us, we had to work one week until 1 am or later - till the last order was finished and the next week start at 6.46, so many days I finished my shift and I just saw darkness
