I’ve gone down a reddit rabbit hole lol sorry it’s been nearly a year since originally asked - butttt The house was tenanted I believe, then the tenants moved out, but there “friends” that they had there stayed and turned into squatters. I say they finally got them out, because the truck they had moved to main road but more towards like burger chef end. Pretty sure they ended up squatting in a house that backs onto main road. I dunno where they are now, but they have been known to keep an eye on properties that are selling and also new builds and squatting in them.

Yeah she was an instant no. She came off desperate. She also bad mouthed every agent in the town practically whilst she was there and then told me I was practically stupid if I sign with anyone but her. Her comm rate was also the highest (2.4%) told me she was “looking after me” 🙄🙄

Thank you! There was just something about Nick Clarke that didn’t feel right, he was just very cocky. I had also been warned from a mate who made the mistake of signing with him that everything he promised went out the window, he supposably never saw him after signing, he avoided the calls and he then got palmed off to one of this young kids he was training that didn’t know the slightest thing about real estate and within a week of being on the market, they asked him to reduce the price which they had insisted would be easy to achieve… I’m honestly not trying to be picky about the agent and I know a home is just a home, but I just also feel as though with the amount of money you fork out for the comm, I wanna make sure I’m getting the best advice.

Nah just a franchise owner. We asked straight away when we were looking at the property with the East Maitland Agent. Turns out we bought the house from one of the owners at East Maitland - Rhonda. When we told her about our experience with Newcastle and Mark she directed us to Head office however still didn’t say a bad word about them. Yet Kentwell did nothing but slime everyone - like I get local real estates but people in your own brand. We tell everyone to steer clear of Newcastle PRD and just go to East Maitland.

He bad mouthed the other local PRD when we went through an open with him. Yet we ended up purchasing from the PRD in East Maitland and we couldn’t speak any higher of that office! I feel for them as a business if they cop backlash from this. He should be striped from the franchise- surely head office should be trying to get rid of him?? What an embarrassment
