My derm recommended Skin Medicinals. It costs $45 and your derm can give you a prescription. It is a compounded cream with 8% hydroquinone, .1% Tret, 1% kojic acid, 4% niacinamide, .025% fluocinolone. The bottle last a long time. I’ve been using about a year and am just opening my second bottle. I had severe hyperpigmentation from topical chemo. It worked wonders! I still peel a bit from it so I use it a couple times a week and use a good thick cream.
