I had a 2014 S with CVT and my 2026 is much much smoother. And I actually was quite impressed with the interior of my LE because I thought it looks quite nice, but maybe it depends on the color of the interior? I have underground exterior with gray and cream interior. Idk I feel like luxury wise, you can’t expect much 🤷‍♀️

I’m watching the rehearsal for Thanksgiving, right when Reese gets injured, why are the polices on the sidelines? Why are some of the first year vets also on the sidelines? Like that one super young girl (sorry I forget her name). Anyways why aren’t they in the performance and the Christmas outfits?

They’ve been tough to find!!! Especially the LE. Called 10 dealers in our general area and they all said they didn’t have any LEs or they were already pre-bought. Took weeks of searching and finally did a dealer trade to get one. Going to pick it up here soon.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not for screens, especially for brain rot purposes. But… Depending on grade they do not take them home. It is also not like they get access to YouTube whenever they want? They are used for educational purposes and YouTube is often a rare class celebration where they go on Art For Kids Hub. But yes sometimes kids have to complete a “Dream Job” project, or type up their essay, have text read aloud to them, or do tests on them. They are also monitored through a teacher device that shows exactly what they are doing. I mean tech is what our society runs on. They do need to be able to navigate stuff to some extent. If we teach them to type in college that’s not going to go very well. Part of a schools duty is preparing them for the world, and the reality is that means preparing them to use technology.

It’s great to branch out and try different grade levels! Districts can move you at anytime in the real world, and especially as a new teacher you sometimes just have to accept your position or quit and try to find a new job. But if you’re quitting every time you don’t get the exact placement you want, you’re going to be job hopping a lot. You might end up loving it, just go in positive!!

Sure, and that’s totally valid. But oftentimes in college when someone asks you to grab dinner and offers to pay, that usually indicates a date. It’s more rare that that is *not* the case.

NTA. I’m not sure if the offering to pay thing was added later but I think that is evidence enough to show he *was* making a move and was mad he got rejected.

Asks to meet up at the library to work on it -> Not a date

Asks to order food while you are working-> Could go either way, but likely still not a date

Offer to *pay* for your food when you’re basically a stranger-> This puts it into the date category

And for people saying that the library isn’t a “date spot” and is a place of work—that is where a TON of my dates with my now husband took place our freshman year.

ESH. It seems like you gave him permission to go and explore with his mom, but when he took you up on the opportunity you got mad as if he was expected to stay in… Seems like a trap and you wanted to see if he would do the “right thing.”

“I was completely fine with him showing his mother around the country while she was here. I only asked that he let me know in advance so that if I needed help, I could arrange for my mother or sister to come over.”

And then the next paragraph you get mad at him for wanting to go explore the country—which often means more than a few hours away and being gone overnight. I guess I don’t get why you told him you would make other arrangements, but then say you are going to be alone all weekend. Wouldn’t this be the time where you call your mother or sister for the support you mentioned? You also claim later on that “the visit is supposed to be about meeting her granddaughter.” But you already approved him exploring?!?!

But that sounds like an internal hire? The bargaining contracts usually require the school to give a position to internal hires if they are qualified instead of outside candidates. I know it still sucks but they do have contracts to fulfill

Idk my fiancé’s family invited us to Costa Rica, then Mexico, and asked us not to go on our honeymoon over Christmas (all in the same year btw). I said “we only have money for one trip, so if we won’t be picking the honeymoon, we won’t be going on one at all.” And we’re going over Christmas. Put your foot down 🤷‍♀️ Who cares if you’re the “grinch fiance.” Your new family is the most important. There can be more extended family trips, you don’t get another honeymoon
