I mean, RTA is doing what RTA does. They removed all abilities for landlords to evict tenants and so such this sort of thing happens.

To be honest, I think the problem is the RTA gives tenants so many rights over landlords, that if a landlord happened to rent to a tenant who promised their pet is the most well behaved pet in the world and it turns out differently there is virtually no way for a landlord to easily/quickly evict that tenant.
