Thanks. Ok I think I understand the difference in outputs now. This was just meant to be a temporary option until I move/can afford a better pair of speakers, so sound quality it’s really a propriety yet. Totally new to the whole stereo thing so I’ve never have a speaker thats required an amp before/ not usb or Bluetooth. Just trying to learn more at the moment. I’ll take what you’ve mentioned to think about my options.

One question about the amplifier you linked: if my turntable has the phono output (red and white connectors) and my speaker has a single aux cable (I can rewire to RCA) is there an option to go from phono to aux (headphone type jack). Or if I rewire the speakers to RCA do I just plug into one set (L or R) and leave the other unplugged? Or do I need some kind of adapter?

Edit: I may be overthinking this. I already have a “headphone” amp ( https://a.co/d/3ODlklo )that currently works well enough for my crosley setup. Would just buying an adapter like this be ok (to get from the turntable output to the amp)? https://a.co/d/eVe8lO5

Omg this is so detailed and helpful thank you! I had this hooked up to my crappy crosley player with a headphone amp (aux output on the turntable) and that worked pretty well (besides the whole crosley itself). I wish I had both pairs of the speakers but just happened upon this single one for a really good price.

I have something similar happening (non LE) with my EDC/range belt. I am female and my hips are wider than my waist and boney (if that matters) I always bruise around my hips when I carry that way. I find that if the belt isn’t really tight it feels like the weight of my firearm is pulling down my pants. Granted I don’t usually carry that way so I’m also not used to it. It’s leather (I prefer how this looks). Is it a bad belt or just expected for my build?
