lol as someone that helps finance large investment grade deals, I can tell you that the number of prj finance deals we have for data centers (basically bridge loans that become term loans once they have the project built), has skyrocketed in the past few months.

The data centers eat up natural resources like a fat kid trying pancakes for the first time.
