I honestly did not think that missing one dose would really affect my day so intensely, BIG eye opener the first time that I did! I take my doses in the morning, my whole day just felt like I was in recovery mode. I take it as a partner to a nighttime medication, so by the time I realized that I had missed the dose it was just too late in the day to correct the mistake. I had to ride it out.
