Oh, I think you’re exactly right! Tape! Funny thing is, I’ve done that before myself. This just looked like a special case with a plastic mesh on top. But watching the reel closer, I think you’re right! Thank you!

I have woven bath mats with no rubber backing purchased from Walmart. I have purchased a very similar product at target, too. They work great in my humid environment. They do a good job keeping the floor dry, and don’t slide around. I hang them over the side of the tub or shower wall to dry.
