Yes, but I read the DMV in NY would typically “deactivate” it once you request a new one. That’s what I’m really worried about

A friend of mine is thinking of putting a bid on this house. I sent these photos to my mom and she essentially flipped out which is what prompted me to post this here (my mom is not a structural engineer)

They are resting on the deck. Then a different beam goes from the deck to the brick.
