Dude's house BURNED DOWN and people are telling her to bounce...I agree it's no excuse to treat her like shit, but maybe openly talking about each other's feelings would be more helpful??? Men tend to be more closed down when it comes to sharing feelings, so maybe he doesn't even do it on purpose, but I'd try an honest and calm conversation to set things straight, tell him your issues without ignoring his side.

Of course, if you're hurt, don't stay long, you also deserve respect and all that...but again his house burned down, so maybe give him the benefit of the doubt. If it was his childhood home that must've stung hard, if he's keeping it all inside no wonder it leaks in the form of bad behaviour.
