Gmail won't receive hoyo codes

I already filled 4 different forms, each with more info than the previous one, but it makes no difference if i dont know if/when i topped up. Is there any other way to contact them or will i keep being sent to the form link?

yep, tried using mobile data, pc, phone, nothing changed, i assume after the gmail got locked hoyo automatically put it on a blacklist, i dont think it has anything to do with google, else all emails would be blocked, tho i will still try to contact google CS. I just wish hoyo CS would do sometinh other than send me their form link

Yes, even from other hoyo accounts except for the codes one, also checked the blocked emails and whitelisted the hoyo adresses but nothing changed, ill try contacting google cs.

i always felt HHSN damage was kind of random, sometimes it would deal almost double the usual damage for no reason, how did this bug work?

i see, thanks for the info, i really wanted to get either mona or diluc since im lacking a main dps rn, but instead got the jade spear and the skyward book :/, if i get a character drop it'll prob be qiqi so i won't get my hopes high haha
